Little Lambs Child Development Center at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church is in search of a Toddler Room Early Childhood Educator. We are a cozy little center. You will LOVE having your own room of only 6 children, 18ms to 3yrs old. We are so excited for you to be an essential part of our close knit team!

If you love kids, have an Early Childhood Ed. background (2yr or 4yr degree preferred) and childcare experience then APPLY TODAY!


       Maintaining a regular daily routine and scheduling weekly/monthly activity themes, that include STEAM touch-points, while providing age-appropriate experiences for children, including storytelling, games, and songs

       Planning and implementing activities that meet the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of their students while still adapting to their personal interest areas

       Supervising your students at all times, providing a safe and secure environment where equipment is well maintained and children feel valued

       Enforcing policies and procedures, including disciplinary procedures while building children’s self-esteem through positive guidance and nurturing

       Participating in on-going in-service and education development opportunities, and participating in the ongoing development and evaluation of the program’s goals and objectives

       Observing children and making notes of progress and development as well as communicating with parents and discussing their children’s development

 You must be able to DEMONSTRATE:

 Your SKILLS must allow you to provide high quality teaching and childcare programs, such as:

       Time management skills

       Problem solving/Decision making skills

       Effective verbal and communication skills

       Knowledge in child development and early education theories and practices

       Knowledge of safe and appropriate activities for young children, as well as current policies and procedures in child care
