Mission Trips and Service Throughout The Year

As followers of Christ, we are called to “serve one another humbly in love.” (Galatians 5:13) Here at Good Shepherd, we have the opportunity to do this locally, nationally, and internationally. Join us as we follow God’s call!

Barnabas Community

Habitat for Humanity

Bring in your empty aluminum cans, place them in the collection barrel on our lower level, south end. They are picked up by Habitat for Humanity and used to help in their mission.

Bring in donations of clothing, books, toys, and household goods to help us bless the Barnabas Community- a ministry dedicated to serving those in need. For more information on how you can help, click here

Music is an important part of worship. Is God calling you to share your gifts in music ministry?

3yrs - 5th grade: Sundays, 10:00 - 10:20 a.m. in the choir room (on lower level)

The children’s choir providers younger congregation members an opportunity to individually share their musical gifts. We invite all children to celebrate their faith musically by joining in song.

Rehearsals: Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the sanctuary
Questions? Contact the church office (402) 484-8844
We hope to see more singers like you!

The goal of our Student Ministries is to get "out of the boat" and move "into His WATER." We want everyone involved in our ministries to have an understanding and love of their Creator and Savior.

Programs in our ministry exist to move closer to this goal. Our hope is your youth or young adult will find something here that meets their needs.
Student Ministries are Directed by Dee Hughes and a wonderful team of volunteers who help to make ministry programs possible.
